SCHEDULING / MAKE A BOOKING AND ENQUIRY
Neso Services arrives at the scheduled appointment time in a clearly marked vehicle with a variety of tools and supplies. Neso Services will be wearing a uniform and will review the job with you to confirm the length of time needed and the price to complete the job and then start working on your project.

GETTING WORK CARRIED OUT
LABOUR PRICING INCLUDING GST
PARKING
If parking can not be provided then any parking costs incurred by Neso Services – Handyman shall be passed on to the customer. For quotes the fee shall be payable on the day of incurrent. For invoicing this will be passed on to the customer on final invoice.
MATERIALS
For general customers, Neso Services – Handyman does not provide credit services on materials or items to be purchased so you may be asked to pay a deposit for cost of materials up front at our discretion.
QUOTING
Small to larger type Jobs that have elements of complexity and risk will be quoted on.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
As the customer, you have the following responsibilities.
ACCESS
Free and clear access to carry out jobs and on-site quoting is required. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, you or someone acting for you are asked to be home during the scheduled appointment to allow access or give instructions.
PARKING
If parking cannot be provided then parking costs will be passed on to the customer regardless of quote or do and charge.
PAYMENT
A method of payment is available when the job is completed cash or bank transfer
What methods of payment are accepted?
Payments are due after job is complete on the day unless other arrangements have been made.
How payments can be made, You will be sent a final invoice after job is complete.
There are several payment methods:
Cash: Cash is accepted
Bank Transfer banking information will be located in email and on invoice PDF

Before any work can be carried out, you agree to these Terms and Conditions when you make a booking with us. If you have any questions, or if you have made a booking and do not agree to these terms, please contact us
PRIVACY
We respect your right to privacy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. We collect and use information only carry out our services to you, including passing you other business that may be able to help you . Great efforts and diligence are taken to keep your information secure all times.
PAYMENT FOR COMPLETED WORK
Payment is expected at the completion of work unless other arrangements have been made.
WORK GUARANTEE
Our work is backed up, if you find a problem with the workmanship performed, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We will work with the customer to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner.
